Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Hiring for any full-time position is expensive and time-consuming, not to mention hiring a full-time designer would make this tedious process even MORE difficult.

Cost wise, you're looking at $150,000 in just base pay, this does NOT include all the bonuses and benefits you legally have to pay for full-time employees.

Paying upwards of $18,000 per month just does NOT make sense for startups. With our Infinite Design Subscription you're getting UNLIMITED DESIGN for $5700/Month

If you choose to commit to more months upfront, the price can come down drastically. The more months you commit to, the lower the price gets!

With both plans you will receive 30 days of unlimited design requests 24/7. No contracts. No hidden fees.

This is completely risk-free as you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time and ask for unlimited revisions.

We also pay our designers fairly.

What happens after I subscribe?

As soon as you hit subscribe and pay for your subscription, you will be taken to a portal to manage your subscription and instantly add design requests.

We use https://app.peripheralfield.com/ to manage clients. If you do not get instant access , we will quickly send an invite to you email.

How does the pause feature work?

Our Infinite Design Subscription works on a monthly basis but you are able to pause at any time during the month.

This will help you keep your subscription active even when you do not have any requests. For example if you pause your subscription on 20th of a month, you still have 10 active days left which can used any time during the year.

When you un-pause your subscription, it will start counting from day you paused, completing the full 30-day cycle before billing for the next cycle.

How do I manage my subscription?

We use https://app.peripheralfield.com/ to manage all subscriptions and requests which is a purpose built software just for services like ours

Do you offer development?

We will be happy to develop your website! All you have to do is select the development add-on at checkout when buying a plan. You can also let us know during the design phase

Currently we only support development on Webflow.

*bespoke projects come with development as standard.

How fast will I receive my designs?

As always this depends on the request itself however, you can expect to receive an update in 36-48 hours after you have submitted a request.

For smaller requests we aim to deliver an update on the same day.

What do I need to provide?

In order to deliver the design work to you in a timely manner its important we receive client-side assets (logos, fonts, etc.).

A full list of things we may need from you will be stated in the client portal.

How do I request designs?

You can easily add request using our portal.

How quickly can we start?

We can start in about 20 minutes after you hit subscribe and make the payment!
Depending on the design request, you can receive the first designs as quickly as the next day!

What design software do you use?

We mostly use Figma for everything but occasionally we might use Adobe XD. In the end what matters most is delivering the best results to our clients. We are very flexible when it comes to

Do you offer Refunds?

Due to the nature of the work, we do NOT offer refunds for our Infinite Unlimited Design Service.
Remember, there are unlimited revisions available so if there is anything you're not satisfied with, we'll happily redo it!
For Bespoke projects, individual terms will be clearly stated in the contract.
