This becomes the central hub for all communication, design requests, feedback, and project updates. We'll send your Slack invitation via email immediately after you subscribe.

Our Infinite Design Subscription runs on a monthly basis, but you can pause your subscription at any time.

For example, if you pause on the 20th day of your billing cycle, you'll still have 10 unused days remaining. Those days stay available and can be used anytime within the following year.

When you resume your subscription, it continues from where you paused before starting your next billing cycle.

If you're not happy after the first week, we'll refund 75% of your payment—no questions asked.

Because of the nature of unlimited design work, we can't offer refunds beyond the first week. However, unlimited revisions are included, so we'll happily revise your designs until you're satisfied.

Delivery times depend on the complexity of each request, but you can generally expect an update within 36–48 hours.

For smaller requests, we often provide updates the same day—or sometimes within just a few hours.

To keep projects moving efficiently, we'll need any client-side assets such as logos, fonts, brand guidelines, or other relevant files.

A complete list of required assets will be discussed with you directly in your Slack workspace.

We can typically get started within about 20 minutes of receiving your payment.
